A DIN 7991 countersunk head socket screw is a metric fastener designed to sit flush with or below the surface of a material. It is technically a standard socket countersunk head screw, and while it is sometimes colloquially referred to as a "shoulder cap screw" in custom variants, the standard DIN 7991 specification does not include a precision-ground shoulder.
